The International Hologram Manufacturers Association (IHMA) is made up of more than 60 of the world's leading hologram manufacturers and is dedicated to promoting the interests of members worldwide and to helping users to achieve security, packaging, graphic and other objectives through the efficient use of holography.

IHMA members adhere to a strict code of practice, promising to supply the best holograms for all uses. They can also protect their security holograms and customers' products and documents against counterfeiting of holograms on the Hologram Image Register, a secure registry of holographic images published by the IHMA to safeguard hologram copyright and underpin the use of holograms in authentication and security printing.
