The Association of European Trade Mark Owners

The only organisation for European-based brand owners, MARQUES represents their specialised interests on all aspects of the selection, management, development, use and protection of trade marks. Pan-European in scope it embraces all industrial, commercial and product sectoral interests in the design, development and delivery of membership services.

A unique international forum, MARQUES offers an effective network through which members can debate and discuss trade mark issues and where direct and mutually supporting relationships with other trade mark owners can be fostered.

MARQUES also offers effective and low-cost opportunities for alternative dispute resolution between brand owners without the need for legal action, as well as ensuring that the practical views and interests of members are well represented at national and supra-national levels, so that legislation and regulation takes account of these interests.
